Ceramic thermal insulation plugs are designed to reduce heat loss at the ends of the working tube and increase temperature uniformity. Such plugs are especially effective for vertical tubes and tubes with a diameter of more than 25 mm.
Mechanical seals are used to work with a controlled gas medium and vacuum up to 10-6 mbar.
The inert gas supply kit includes a manual two-position valve, as well as a pressure gauge and a flow meter. The advanced inert gas supply package has an electrically operated valve that can be activated by the program segment.
